About the role
We're seeking experienced FRP (Formwork, Reinforcement & Pour) workers for a major substation and energy infrastructure project in the Newcastle region. Hands-on civil/concreting work on a fast-moving, high-spec site — ongoing work with genuine progression for the right people.

What you'll be doing

• Setting out and erecting formwork — footings, plinths, slabs, pits, headwalls, equipment foundations

• Steel fixing / reinforcement placement to drawing and spec

• Concrete pours, finishing and curing

• Working to IFC drawings, ITPs and hold points

• General civil labouring as required

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in formwork, steel fixing and/or concreting on civil or energy/infrastructure projects

• White Card (mandatory)

• Substation, BESS or heavy civil experience highly regarded

• Relevant tickets an advantage (EWP, plant, dogging/rigging, confined space)

• Reliable transport; able to pass site induction and pre-start (incl. D&A)

• Strong work ethic, safety-first, on time every day
