The Role
We are looking for an experienced Signage Professional to join our growing team. You will handle vinyl application, signage production, client proofs using Adobe Illustrator, and on-site installations. This role involves both workshop-based work and on-site installations across the Newcastle and surrounding regions. The right candidate will be able to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining excellent quality standards.

What You’ll Bring

• Signage Expertise: Proven experience in vinyl application, signage construction, and on-site installation.

• Design & Proofing Skills: Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator – essential for preparing and revising client proofs.

• Technical Skills: Familiarity with signage printers, plotters, and related equipment (highly regarded).

• Licencing: Current manual driver’s licence (essential).

• Professionalism: Excellent communication skills, professional presentation, and the ability to liaise directly with clients.

• Autonomy: Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks and priorities independently.

Bonus: Experience with full signage installations (walls, vehicles, shopfronts, etc.) will be highly valued.
