Andersen Pest Services is seeking a motivated and reliable Trainee Pest Technician to join our growing team servicing Lake Macquarie, Newcastle, and surrounding areas.

No experience is necessary — we provide full training.

What You'll Be Doing

Working alongside experienced technicians, you will receive hands-on training in:

  • Residential and commercial pest treatments

  • Identifying pests and recommending treatment solutions

  • Safe use and application of pest control products

  • Termite inspections and preventative treatments

  • Customer service and client communication

  • Industry safety procedures and compliance

  • Maintaining accurate service records and reports

As your skills develop, you'll gradually take on more responsibility and work toward becoming a fully licensed Pest Technician.


What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with:

Essential Requirements

  • Current Provisional driver's licence

  • Minimum requirement of a Provisional P1 driver's licence

  • Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain one

  • National Police Check or willingness to obtain

  • Australian citizenship required for this position
