Lawrence RV Group is one of New South Wales and Queensland’s fastest-growing caravan dealerships. With our Sales and Service dealership at Heatherbrae continuing to grow, we are looking for an additional Service & Warranty Coordinator to join our friendly and supportive team.

This is a broad, customer-focused role where you will assist customers with their warranty, servicing and repair enquiries from start to finish. You will be involved with Customer bookings, discussing their concerns, coordinating warranty claims, organising parts, liaising with technicians and manufacturers, keeping customers updated throughout the repair process, and assisting with invoicing and handover once works are complete.

This role would suit someone with strong customer service skills, good attention to detail, and a positive attitude. Caravan, camper trailer, automotive or mechanical knowledge would be highly regarded, but is not essential. We are also open to training a suitable junior applicant who is keen to learn and grow with the business.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will include:

• Assisting customers with warranty, service and repair enquiries

• Taking and processing new service bookings

• Liaising with customers, manufacturers, suppliers and the Service Department throughout the repair process

• Working with service technicians to provide quality & correct work

• Providing customer updates during service and repair works

• complete invoicing and customer handover once works are completed

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers

• Support general administration and day-to-day service operations

• Completing other administration duties as required

• A professional and respectful approach when dealing with customers and team members

• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Previous experience with caravans, camper trailers, automotive, mechanical or service-based industries would be an advantage, but is not essential.

The Details

This is a full-time position based at our Heatherbrae dealership.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.

The position is available for an immediate start.
