About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Hair Stylist to join our talented team at Sublime Hair Skin Body in Maitland, NSW. This is a full-time or part-time role, offering the opportunity to work in a vibrant and supportive salon environment. As a Senior Hair Stylist, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional hair styling services to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing a wide range of premium hair styling services including cuts, colours, treatments and blow dries

2. Consulting with clients to understand their individual hair care needs and desired look

3. Offering expert advice and recommendations on the latest hair trends and styling techniques

4. Maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism

5. Collaborating with the wider salon team to ensure a cohesive and exceptional client experience

6. Promoting and selling salon retail products to clients

What we're looking for

1. A minimum of 5 years' experience as a qualified hair stylist, with expertise in a range of hair services

2. Excellent technical hairdressing skills and a creative flair for hair styling

3. A proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships

4. The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

5. Strong time management and organisational skills

6. A passion for the hair and beauty industry and the latest trends and techniques

7. A positive, friendly and professional attitude
