Reporting to the Operations Manager, SRG Global has an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start a long-term career in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT). We are seeking a Trainee NDT Technician to join our NSW Mining team, based in Singleton, on a permanent full-time basis.

Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) is a specialised inspection field that assesses the condition and integrity of critical equipment and structures without causing damage, helping to keep people, assets and operations safe.

This entry-level role offers hands-on training, industry-recognised qualifications and clear career progression opportunities while working alongside experienced technicians across mining and industrial sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing support to qualified technicians in the application of various NDT methods during inspections
• A commitment to undertaking studies
• Assisting with equipment maintenance & calibration

The Successful Applicant Will Ideally Have:

• A Can-Do Attitude
• Strong Attention to detail
• Good Communication skills
• Current Driver's License
• A good work ethic including punctuality, reliability, safety focus
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including a drug & alcohol screen
• Full Australian working rights

Desirable:

• High Risk Work License - EWP >11m
• Confined Space ticket
• Working at Heights ticket
• Further education qualifications in a trade, mechanical or engineering field
