At O’Neills Tyre & Autocare, we are growing and looking for an energetic and customer-focused Service Advisor / Front Office Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

You will be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the store. This position involves customer service, booking management, quoting tyres and mechanical work, and coordinating workflow between the workshop and front office.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and providing exceptional customer service

• Booking vehicles for tyres, wheel alignments, mechanical repairs, and inspections

• Preparing quotes and explaining repairs or recommendations to customers

• Coordinating workshop workflow with technicians

• Managing phone calls, emails, and customer enquiries

• Processing invoices, payments, and purchase orders

• Following up customer approvals and updating job progress

• Maintaining accurate job cards and service records

• Assisting with stock control and supplier orders when required

• Helping maintain a clean, organised, and professional front office environment

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in an automotive, tyre, or service advisor role preferred

• Strong communication and people skills

• Good computer and administration skills

• Ability to multitask and work in a busy environment

• Positive attitude and team-focused mindset

• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

• Knowledge of tyres, wheel alignments, and general mechanical services is highly regarded
