We’re currently recruiting reliable and detail-oriented cleaners to join our day shift team at a busy shopping centre in Sydney. Fletcher Village:

Friday:

    * 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM

    * 2:30 PM – 9:30 PM

* Saturday:

    * 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM

    * 2:30 PM – 9:30 PM

Warners Bay Village:

* Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

* Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Coverage Required:

* Thursday: Evening Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)

* Friday: Evening Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)

* Saturday: Evening Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)

* Sunday: Evening Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)

 Must also be flexible to help shift covers across both sites

Key Responsibilities

• Emptying bins and waste management across public areas

• Cleaning and sanitising toilets and amenities

• Sweeping, mopping, and spot cleaning of common areas

• Responding to spill alerts and maintaining hygiene standards

• Rotational duties across food courts, entrances, and corridors

• Replenishing consumables and reporting maintenance issues

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in retail or commercial cleaning (preferred)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment

• Strong attention to detail and time management

• Good communication and teamwork skills
