Are you an experienced Fire Servicing Technician and have a Cert II  We want you to join our growing team!

The job will include:

Conducting Routine inspections & testing of fire safety equipment to AS1851 standards 

Testing and maintaining a variety of fire safety equipment including Fire detection systems, portable fire safety equipment, sprinklers, hydrants, fire doors and emergency lighting.

Installation and repair of portable fire safety measures and smoke alarms, and providing assistance as required on major projects.

Skills & Experience:

Proven field service experience - including Fire Indicator Panel Testing, Panel Programming and Fault Finding - monthly, 6 monthly and annual FIP testing are essential and prior Special Hazards experience would be preferred but not essential.

Understanding of AS1851, AS1670, AS2293, AS2118 and AS/NZS 3000 and knowledge of fire safety codes/regulations will be highly regarded.

Must be a good communicator - ability to get on with customers and other team members.

Must be flexible - can work autonomously or in a team.

  • White Card

  • Drivers License

  • Cert II - Fire - Inspect and Test (Current)

  • Previous use of UPTICK software or similar
