About the Role

As the face of the business, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service while driving sales performance across tyres, wheels, servicing, and repairs.

Your Day Will Include

• Providing expert advice on tyres, servicing, repairs, and vehicle maintenance

• Building long-term customer relationships through trust and service excellence

• Managing front counter and phone enquiries with professionalism and confidence

• Driving sales through effective upselling and cross-selling opportunities

• Preparing quotes, invoices, bookings, and customer follow-ups

• Coordinating workflow between customers and workshop technicians

• Helping maintain a smooth, efficient, and high-performing store environment

• Opening and closing store.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in the automotive industry essential.

• Strong sales and customer service skills

• Confidence using POS and computer systems (Marlin experience highly regarded)

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail/workshop environment

• Current Australian Driver’s Licence

• Availability to work Saturdays (Rotating Roster)
