As Assistant Store Manager, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to lead every aspect of the Bennett's Green retail store from the sales floor to the stockroom, the team brief to the customer conversation. You'll be a visible, trusted leader who brings energy, consistency, and commercial acumen to one of Ecosa's most exciting new locations.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support the team to deliver a safe, welcoming and 'wow' customer experience every day

• Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards, implementing new campaigns on time and on-brand

• Support sales optimisation by analysing daily reports, identifying opportunities and contributing to budget achievement

• Assist in building a high-performing team culture coaching, developing PDPs, and embedding Ecosa's values into everyday behaviours

• Resolve customer issues efficiently, maintaining a seamless connection between the in-store and online experience

• Support weekly inventory management including stock counts, ordering accuracy and shrinkage control

• Step up to manage store operations in the Store Manager's absence with confidence and accountability

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in retail management or a senior supervisory role

• Minimum 1-2 years of retail management experience

• Experience in furniture or homewares retail is preferred

• A natural leader who inspires others with warmth, clarity and a customer-first mindset

• Strong commercial awareness comfortable reading sales reports and driving results

• Eye for visual merchandising and pride in a well-presented store environment

• Highly organised with the ability to juggle priorities across team, operations and customer service

• Genuine passion for sustainability and living well you'll embody the Ecosa brand
