We are actively building our team and want the very best people to join and share in our success. This role is part-time, 6.5 days per fortnight (including alternate Saturdays 8.30am - 2pm; no late nights), at our Glendale practice.

As an Optical Dispenser, your passion for style, attention to detail and customer-first mind-set will enable you to build genuine connections with customers to expand on our existing loyal customer base and achieve set KPIs and revenue targets.

nib Eye Care are well-established optical stores in the Newcastle and Hunter region – we know the local community values their vision, and your role will be to work closely with the Optometrist and practice team to ensure customers get the right optical products and solutions to meet their needs, and experience world-class service.

The skills & experience we seek

• Optical dispensing qualifications and experience will be highly regarded

• A track-record of sound retail experience in a customer-facing role (high-end fashion highly regarded)

• Excellent communication skills and impeccable personal presentation

• An ability to work with a variety of customers to assist with their product selections

• Ability to work within a fast-paced and dynamic team
