Morisset BakeHouse is on the hunt for energetic casual front of house staff to join our busy team. If you can fire up the grill at sunrise and pull a great coffee, we want to hear from you.

About the role

This is a hands-on, early-start role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced morning rush. You'll be cooking on the grill from the early hours — bacon and egg rolls, breakfast favourites and lunch orders — while keeping our coffee flowing all day.

What you'll be doing

Cooking on the grill during the early morning rush (breakfast and lunch service)

Making quality coffees — espresso, milk-based and takeaway orders

Making fresh salad sandwiches and wraps

Serving customers and handling cash, EFTPOS and the Square system

Preparing and replenishing food stocks

Keeping the working environment clean and tidy, and complying with food safety rules

Handling orders during busy periods

What we're looking for

Confidence and speed on the grill, especially during a morning rush

Solid barista/coffee-making skills (or a keen learner with some experience)

Reliable, punctual and happy with early starts

A positive attitude and genuine customer service skills

Ability to stay calm and work as a team when it's flat out
