Sleepy's are looking for suitably experienced and highly professional Sales Consultants to join our Kotara store on a PART TIME basis.

About the role

Reporting to the Store Manager, this role will see you working across sales, networking, and working within the sales team to maintain a profitable store. This will involve a 'hands on' approach to customer service from a passionate salesperson who loves to sell sleep! 

Your key responsibilities

• Working to set KPI's to meet and exceed targets

• Building rapport and effective relationships with customers

• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously

• General admin, stock and operational duties

• Available to work a rotational roster- with full 7 day availability

Skills and Experience

• A demonstrated record of success in consultative sales- retail and other industries are welcome but not necessary!

• A sound knowledge of KPIs as they relate to the art of sales

• A genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service, and a great experience for our customers
