Lake Mitre 10 Toronto

Customer Service Team Member

Lake Mitre 10 Toronto is a locally owned and community-focused hardware store, and we’re on the lookout for a committed, energetic and positive team member to join our team on a permanent full-time basis, working Tuesday to Saturday.

This is a varied, hands-on role assisting customers throughout the store. You’ll enjoy helping people find the right products for their projects and providing friendly, practical advice where possible.

Experience or knowledge in hardware, building supplies, tools, gardening, or DIY is highly regarded, however a great attitude, willingness to learn, and pride in your work are just as important.

Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to customer service, point-of-sale (POS) duties, stock presentation, merchandising, maintaining store standards, and assisting with general day-to-day store operations.

As a customer-facing role, excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to help customers are essential. You’ll be part of a friendly, supportive team in a busy local retail environment.

If you’re reliable, enthusiastic and enjoy working in a practical, community-based business, we’d love to hear from you.
