About the Role

This is a full-time, Singleton office-based position suited to a motivated property professional ready to step into a varied and rewarding role.

You'll manage our existing commercial portfolio day-to-day while actively contributing to business development — identifying opportunities to expand our property management footprint.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing a portfolio end-to-end — leasing, inspections, maintenance coordination, rent reviews, and lease renewals

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants

• Preparing market rental appraisals and leasing recommendations

• Identifying and securing new management appointments to grow the portfolio

• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and agency standards

• Reporting to principals and keeping accurate records across all managed properties

What we're looking for:

• Current NSW Real Estate Licence (essential)

• Proven experience in property management

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Self-motivated with a genuine interest in business development

• Familiarity with rural and regional property markets an advantage
