The Role:
As a Property Manager, you will be involved in the servicing of a high-end, well-managed portfolio of local properties. With plenty of support, this is an exciting opportunity to join a department with a five-star reputation and an award-winning team. You will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants
• Handling maintenance and repair requests promptly and efficiently
• Liaising with contractors and tradespeople to ensure properties are well-maintained
• Areers Control 
• Attending Tribunal hearings as required 
• Handling tenant inquiries, lease renewals, and rental negotiations

The Requirements:

• Previous experience managing your own residential portfolio
• A current Certificate of Registration
• A reliable car and a valid driver’s license
• Great communication both written and verbal
• A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
