About the Role

Working alongside our sales team, you will gain hands on experience across all aspects of residential real estate, including:

• Buyer management and follow up

• Open homes and inspections

• Prospecting and lead generation

• Vendor communication

• Database management and CRM systems

• Appraisal and listing preparation

• Marketing campaigns and social media content

• Video content creation and digital marketing

• Day to day sales operations

This is an opportunity to learn directly from experienced agents while developing the skills required to become a successful agent in your own right.

Requirements

• NSW Class 2 Licence or Certificate of Registration

• NSW Class 2 Licence or Certificate of Registration can be obtained within 90 days of commencement

• Current driver's licence

• Reliable motor vehicle

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
