As a key member of our Newcastle Residential team, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance and delivering outstanding client outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage and transact across a diverse portfolio of residential homes and apartments throughout the Newcastle region
  • Leverage your marketing expertise and sales strategy to match buyers with the right properties
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and purchasers
  • Manage and convert a high volume of leads and enquiries
  • Drive revenue growth and meet annual sales targets
  • Maintain a strong local market presence through networking and stakeholder engagement
  • Take ownership of your pipeline, ensuring a highly organised and proactive approach

 

Qualifications

You are an ambitious, results-driven real estate professional who thrives in a high-performance environment.

You will bring:

  • A current Real Estate Licence
  • Previous experience in residential property sales (essential)
  • Strong commercial acumen and a drive to exceed targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads, market listings and close deals effectively
  • A proactive approach to networking and relationship building
