We are looking for additional Property Managers/Officers to work alongside our Property Management Team covering all roles required to provide our Landlords and Tenants the best service in the greater Lake Mac region.

And all the daily tasks Property Managers are responsible for:

• Relationship Management with both Landlords and Tenants

• Conducting routine inspections

• Ingoing's and Outgoings.

• Arrears management

• Following-up outstanding maintenance

• and all the tasks Property Managers are responsible for

What you will bring to the team:

• Previous experience within the property management industry is ideal, however not essential

• High attention to detail

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork

• Reliable and honest, with a proactive, flexible approach to work

• A strong work ethic

• Valid Driver's License
