The Opportunity This role sits within the logistics and supply chain function and is responsible for ensuring the accurate coordination and reconciliation of freight movements from site through to port.
Working in a fast-paced operational environment, you will support daily logistics activities, maintain data integrity across systems, and ensure transport and shipping documentation is accurate and aligned to port requirements. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong Excel capability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
About You We are seeking a detail-oriented logistics professional with the following skills and attributes:
- Proven experience in logistics administration and supply chain coordination within a complex environment
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, and spreadsheet management
- Strong numerical and literacy skills, with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience reconciling transport loads, shipping documentation, and port records
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate freight movements and ensure compliance with port requirements
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in data entry, record keeping, and maintaining accurate logistics documentation
