Bring our digital experience to life!

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their digital career, or a professional with hands-on experience, who’s ready to take the next step in their career pathway.

You’ll play a key role in shaping how our products are experienced online — supporting website updates, campaign delivery and performance optimisation across our brands.

Working closely with marketing, product and digital teams, you’ll help bring content to life, ensure updates are accurate and compliant, and use insights to continuously improve the customer experience.

What are we looking for?

You don’t need deep technical experience. What matters is your curiosity, attention to detail, and ability to translate product knowledge into meaningful online experiences. We’ll support you to build your digital capability along the way.

  • Qualification (or currently studying) in marketing, digital media, communications or similar

  • Exposure to digital, websites or campaigns (through hands on work experience, study or internship)

  • Interest in how customers engage online and how digital experiences can be improved

  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality

  • Confident working with multiple stakeholders across teams

  • Organised and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn

Nice to have:

  • Experience using CMS platforms, Jira or Confluence

  • Exposure to Google Analytics or similar tools

  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals

What will your key responsibilities include?

  • Coordinate website updates across our brands, ensuring content is accurate, timely and compliant

  • Support campaign delivery with a strong focus on customer experience and mobile-first optimisation

  • Work closely with product, compliance, marketing and digital teams to deliver updates

  • Test website changes thoroughly, following governance and sign-off processes

  • Maintain documentation to support compliance and ensure quality delivery

  • Support delivery of new features and enhancements, including requirements and testing

  • Apply on-page SEO best practice (metadata, content optimisation, site performance)

  • Track and analyse website and campaign performance and contribute to reporting

  • Identify opportunities to improve digital performance and customer experience

What can you expect from us?

Our benefits are designed to help you thrive — in and out of work. Think health and wellbeing support like Fitness Passport, corporate health insurance and annual flu vaccinations, plus lifestyle perks including hotel discounts and flexible work arrangements. We also back what matters most with 18 weeks paid parental leave, recognition programs, an employee referral program, and dedicated time to give back (two community volunteer days and three recreational leave days each year).

Why join us?

  • Growth & opportunities – Build your capability, stretch into new challenges and shape what’s next with development support behind you.

  • Culture & connection – Be part of a team that’s inclusive, down-to-earth and genuinely connected, where collaboration is how we get things done.

  • Meaningful work – Do work you can feel proud of, making a real difference for customers and communities every day.
