We are seeking an Inventory Analyst to play a key role in shaping inventory strategy, demand planning and stock optimisation across the business. This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical and commercially minded professional who enjoys solving complex problems, identifying trends and delivering practical solutions that improve operational performance. About The Role As Inventory Analyst, you will be responsible for inventory demand planning, replenishment strategies and inventory governance across the business. Using operational, maintenance and supply chain data, you will develop inventory strategies that balance availability, risk and cost. Working closely with maintenance, planning and supply chain teams, you will identify opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy, optimise stock holdings and strengthen supply chain performance while ensuring critical parts are available when needed. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage inventory strategies, including critical sparesAnalyse demand trends and develop accurate inventory forecastsEstablish and maintain inventory replenishment requirementsOptimise stock holdings while reducing excess and obsolete inventoryOwn the parts management process and monthly review cycleMonitor inventory risks, lead times and supply constraintsMaintain integrity of inventory master data within ERP systemsProduce reporting and insights on inventory performance and trendsCollaborate with maintenance, planning and supply chain stakeholdersSupport continuous improvement initiatives across inventory management. About You: You're a Supply Chain Professional Who Holds tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Business or a related fieldHas experience in inventory management, planning or supply chain analysisEnjoys working with data and turning insights into actionHas strong analytical, forecasting and problem-solving skillsIs confident working with ERP systems such as JDE, SAP or OracleCommunicates effectively with both operational and corporate stakeholdersHas excellent attention to detail and organisational skillsThrives in a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement Why Join Bis?
