Get to know the role:

Border Express currently has an exciting opportunity for a casual MR Driver to join our busy Kooragang team.

What's on offer:

• Casual role direct with Border Express.

• Attractive rate - $37.55/hr + super (casual loading included).

• 8:30AM starts.

• Chance to work for a reputable and national transport company.

•  Weekly, reliable pay cycle.

Duties:

• Pick ups and deliveries to customers.

• Maintain runsheets and PDA during the day.

• Manual handling.

• Ensure load is compliant.

• Aid in loading and strapping the vehicle where required.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum MR Licence with experience.

• Excellent driving record.

• Great local knowledge of Newcastle and surrounding areas.

• Forklift licence desirable.

• Sound knowledge of Dangerous Goods (DG) requirements, Load Restraint requirements.

• Willingness to complete a police check and a pre-employment medical that includes a drug and alcohol test (paid for an organised by Border Express).
