Workshop Estimator

At TS Global, we're known for delivering innovative conveyor and materials handling solutions to some of Australia's largest industrial operations. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a commercially minded Workshop Estimator to join our NSW team.

This is a role for someone who enjoys the challenge of turning technical information into winning solutions. You'll work closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams to prepare accurate quotations, assess project requirements and help drive profitable outcomes across manufacturing, refurbishment and repair projects.

What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing estimates and quotations for workshop and operational projects

• Reviewing drawings, specifications and client requirements

• Sourcing supplier pricing and assessing project costs

• Working closely with Workshop, Operations and Sales teams

• Supporting project planning and job preparation

• Identifying risks, opportunities and cost-saving solutions

What We're Looking For

• Experience in estimating, costing, quotations or a similar role

• Background in manufacturing, fabrication, mechanical, industrial or workshop environments

• Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Experience with ERP, estimating or job management systems
