Known for our commitment to quality and efficiency, we're expanding and looking for skilled, dependable assemblers to strengthen our growing workshop team.

The Opportunity

We're seeking experienced Production Assemblers who can hit the ground running. You'll bring solid hands-on experience with wiring harness assembly, hand tools, and light machinery, plus a track record of working efficiently to specification with minimal supervision.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Assembling wiring harnesses to specification, with speed and precision

  • Operating hand tools and light machinery confidently

  • Reading and interpreting work instructions and wiring diagrams independently

  • Identifying and resolving quality issues on the line

  • Maintaining a clean, organised workspace

  • Mentoring or supporting less experienced team members where needed

  • Reporting to the Operations Manager on production progress and any issues

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in wiring harness assembly or similar production work

  • Strong manual dexterity and a keen eye for detail and quality

  • Ability to read technical diagrams and instructions with minimal guidance

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently to deadlines

  • Available full-time, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for overtime/weekends when required

What We Offer

  • $28–$36 per hour, based on experience

  • Monday to Friday roster, with overtime available

  • A clean, safe, and well-run workshop environment

  • A supportive team that values your skills and experience

  • Long-term opportunity with a growing Australian manufacturer
