About the roles:
There are multiple opportunities available across the firm’s commercial and property practices.

The firm is open to speaking with lawyers from commercial and property backgrounds, including those with experience in leasing, conveyancing or broader business law matters.

You can expect the opportunities to include work across:

• Commercial and business law matters.
• Property and conveyancing transactions.
• Commercial and retail leasing.
• Business transactions, agreements and general commercial advisory work.
• Property-related advisory work for businesses, property owners, landlords and tenants.
• Direct client contact and day-to-day involvement in matters.

These opportunities would suit lawyers wanting quality work, genuine client contact and the chance to develop within a respected local firm.

The ideal candidate:

• Commercial Lawyer, ideally around 3 years PQE.
• Property Lawyer, ideally around 5 years PQE.
• Experience in commercial law, property law, leasing, conveyancing or related advisory work.
• Strong drafting, communication and client management skills.
• Practical, approachable and confident dealing directly with clients.
