About Us

Bale Boshev Lawyers was established in 1980 and has offices at Hamilton, East Maitland and Belmont. The Firm has a long standing presence in Newcastle and the Hunter in the personal injury space. We specialise in personal injury matters, wills & estates, family law and conveyancing.

The Position

The position will be based at our Hamilton office and will be working on a full or part time basis, predominantly focused on Worker's Compensation, Medical Negligence, Motor Accident and/or Public Liability claims.

You will be responsible for managing all administrative aspects of matters, including:

  • File management - opening and closing files;

  • Preparing briefs, court documents & legal correspondence;

  • Liaising with and assisting clients;

  • Liaising with third parties;

  • Diary and email management; and

  • General office administration.

Skills & Experience

To be considered for the position, you will require the following attributes:

  • Experience as a Legal Assistant or Secretary working hands on with files;

  • Preference given to those with experience in personal injury law;

  • Attention to detail;

  • Strong communication & computer skills;

  • Ability to take responsibility and ownership of your work;

  • Ability to work under pressure;

  • Excellent time management skills; and

  • LEAP Software experience will be an advantage.
