What will you do?
As the IT Service Delivery Manager, you will lead the delivery of high-quality IT services across the organisation, ensuring support, service management, and business engagement functions operate effectively and align with Delta's strategic priorities.

You will lead a team of IT Support Officers and IT Business Partners, driving service excellence, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead IT Business Partners to build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders
  • Support delivery of key initiatives aligned to the IT Roadmap
  • Lead IT Support Officers and oversee end-to-end IT service delivery
  • Ensure IT services are aligned with business needs and strategic priorities
  • Foster a high-performance, customer-focused team culture
  • Manage team workload, priorities, and performance outcomes
  • Oversee IT Change and Incident Management processes, including:
    • Planning and facilitating weekly Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings
    • Ensuring effective governance, risk mitigation, and business alignment

What are we looking for?

  • Degree, Diploma or Certificate in Information Technology (or equivalent experience)
  • 10+ years' experience in IT service delivery with strong technical and delivery capability
  • Experience with service management tools (e.g. Jira) and solid project management skills
  • Strong understanding of IT systems and architecture, with the ability to challenge and improve business outcomes
  • Demonstrated experience leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams
  • Proven ability to manage service performance against SLAs, KPIs and business outcomes
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across technical and business teams
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences
  • Advanced problem-solving and decision-making capability in complex environments
