Due to continued growth within our Permanent Recruitment division, we’re looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to support delivery across a key new project while underpinning our broader recruitment activities.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a training, administration or coordination background who is ready to step into a people-focused role and build a career in recruitment.

How you’ll make your impact

• Support the delivery of a new and growing project.
• Leverage your organisational and communication skills to coordinate recruitment activities and maintain momentum across campaigns
• Become confident on the phone, screening candidates, building relationships and keeping engagement high
• Conduct meaningful candidate interviews, developing a strong understanding of skills, motivations and long-term fit
• Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to identify and engage talent proactively, not just reactively
• Assist with job adverts and talent attraction strategies to support campaign success
• Keep systems up to date, ensuring compliance and data accuracy (yes, it’s part of it—but we’ll keep it streamlined)
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment and play your part in achieving shared success

• Background in training, administration, coordination or customer-facing roles
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple tasks
• Strong communication skills and confidence building relationships
• A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in people and career outcomes
• Someone looking to transition into recruitment and build a long-term career
