This is a unique tour-planning, and client service/administration role in a specialist travel company working with schools.

Macquarie Educational Tours provides comprehensive travel and excursion arrangements for Australian schools including flights, accommodation and multi-day itineraries. The role includes itinerary planning, booking, and client sales / service with associated, detailed administration.

Retail travel experience not essential, however a love of planning and booking personal travel itineraries may be an advantage.

What you'll need to succeed...

  • High level business administration (essential)

  • Competency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Proven experience in a fast paced role, co-ordinating many moving parts

  • Ability to manage competing priorities

  • Excellent communication skills - verbal & written
