Surly's is expanding!

 After more than 10 years operating as one of Sydney's most recognisable venues, we're bringing American BBQ, a dive bar atmosphere, live music and a loud sports culture to Newcastle - and we're looking for a founding team.

 Surly's Newcastle is currently in pre-opening phase, with a planned opening in the coming months. We are now building our operational team ahead of launch to ensure we open strong and establish a great culture from day one.

We are looking for reliable confident personalities with strong work ethics that takes pride in their work and can handle a fast-paced environment, whilst providing great customer service,and genuinely engage with guests.

Front of House Team

• Kitchen hands.
