Join Roshana Care Group – Turn Your Passion into a Career

Are you ready for a role where you can walk out the door knowing you have changed someone’s day for the better? At Roshana Care Group, we have been proudly caring for older Australians for more than 20 years across Western Australia, Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia, and Victoria, and we are continuing to grow. Guided by our values of Compassion, Respect, Communication, Teamwork, and Integrity, we do not just provide care – we create real homes and real connections.

About the Facility

Roshana Fig Tree Point Aged Care is a 73‑bed home that feels welcoming for both residents and staff, with comfortable rooms, shared lounges and a calm, homely atmosphere. Residents are supported by a stable, multidisciplinary team that values teamwork, open communication and safe, person‑centred care every day.

Roshana Waterview Aged Care is a 90‑bed, resident‑focused home with attractive outlooks, light‑filled communal areas and spaces designed to encourage interaction between residents, families and staff. The care team works collaboratively, with strong clinical support and a positive culture that recognises and supports staff to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care.

Roshana Amaroo Aged Care is a 94‑bed, community‑oriented home in the Hunter Valley, offering residents a friendly environment with comfortable accommodation, garden access and meaningful daily activities. Staff enjoy a supportive leadership team, approachable managers and a cohesive workforce that focuses on respect, professionalism and continuous improvement in resident care.

We are looking for Kitchen Hands to join our aged care team at either Amaroo Aged Care, Waterview Aged Care and Figtree Point Aged Care in a (permanent part‑time or casual) capacity. We are also seeking Kitchen Hands who are available to work mostly PM shifts during the Weekdays and Weekends.

  • Willingness to learn and take direction in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
  • Good time management and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and reliability
  • A National Police Clearance or NDIS Screening Check, or willingness to obtain this
  • Understanding of food safety practices (or willingness to obtain certification)

Why You Will Love Working with Us

  • Real career pathways, with opportunities to grow into cook or chef roles
  • Ongoing training, mentoring, and opportunities to learn on the job
  • Supportive, approachable leaders who listen and support
  • A friendly, inclusive team that enjoys working together, celebrates achievements, and supports one another
  • Access to an Employee Assistance Program for additional support when you need it
  • A values driven culture where your ideas are welcomed and your hard work is recognised
