Day To Day This Role Looks Like Providing direct clinical nursing care to our clients in their homes in line with best practice nursing proceduresConducting clinical assessments, dressings, medication assessment and catheter changingDeveloping a holistic nursing care plan in collaboration with client, carer, Care Advisor and Allied health where relevantProviding safe, quality nursing practice to clients with specific needs and/or complex needs eg.
