Our collaborative, multidisciplinary approach ensures that patients receive comprehensive care before, during, and after surgery. We foster an environment where experts from a range of healthcare disciplines work seamlessly together as a cohesive team.

We are looking for compassionate, driven individuals who are committed to excellence in patient care and eager to join a team that values every member. If you're ready to make a difference in Newcastle’s healthcare community and be part of a pioneering team, we invite you to explore opportunities at King Street Private Hospital.

About You:

Are you a skilled and detail-oriented Radiographer looking to join a high-performing surgical team in Newcastle, or considering relocating to our vibrant coastal city? We are seeking a Radiographer who thrives in a fast-paced theatre environment and is passionate about delivering precise imaging that directly supports surgical excellence and patient outcomes.

This role is based in our state-of-the-art Operating Theatres, where you will play a critical role in intraoperative imaging, working closely with surgeons, anaesthetists, and nursing staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency throughout each procedure. Experience in theatre-based radiography, including fluoroscopy, is highly regarded; however, you will be supported by an experienced team committed to ongoing training and development.

You bring a strong understanding of imaging protocols, radiation safety, and patient positioning, combined with the ability to anticipate clinical needs in a dynamic surgical setting. Your calm, professional approach and attention to detail enable you to contribute confidently to patient safety and procedural success.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, collaborative, and committed to continuous improvement. You value being part of a multidisciplinary team and take pride in delivering high-quality care in a supportive, patient-centred environment.

In return, we offer flexible working arrangements (full-time, part-time, or casual) and the opportunity to grow your career within a progressive and innovative hospital setting. If you are seeking a workplace that values your expertise and fosters professional development, you will feel at home at King Street Private Hospital.
