At Recovery Station, we empower people to live a quality life.
For more than 20 years, we've been helping people living with disability and older Australians achieve greater independence, wellbeing and participation through high-quality allied health services. Our team is passionate about creating positive outcomes for clients, and we're looking for someone equally passionate to become the welcoming face and organisational heart of our Toronto clinic.
If you thrive on building relationships, love talking with people, enjoy coordinating multiple moving parts, and are excited by the opportunity to support NDIS and Aged Care clients, we'd love to hear from you.
We believe that when our people feel supported, valued and fulfilled, they can make the greatest impact on the lives of others.
Joining Recovery Station means becoming part of a purpose-driven organisation that invests in its people, celebrates success and genuinely cares about making a difference.
As our Clinic Coordinator/Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our clients and families. You'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming, professional and supportive experience for every person who walks through our doors or calls our clinic.
This is much more than a reception role. You'll become the go-to person for coordinating clinic operations, supporting our multidisciplinary allied health team, and helping connect clients with services that can improve their quality of life.
You'll also have the opportunity to help promote and support exciting new programs and services designed for both NDIS, Aged Care, DVA and private clients.
Be the friendly face and voice of our Toronto clinic
Build meaningful relationships with NDIS participants, older adults, families, carers and support coordinators
Answer incoming enquiries and guide clients to the services that best meet their needs
Welcome clients attending individual and group therapy sessions
Assist clients through their service journey and ensure a positive customer experience
Support the implementation and promotion of new clinic-based programs and services
Liaise with clinicians and internal teams to ensure smooth clinic operations
Assist with administration, reporting and various projects that contribute to clinic growth as requested by the Operations Manager
You are someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and creating positive experiences.
You love speaking with people, whether face-to-face or over the phone, and you're confident juggling competing priorities while maintaining a calm and professional approach.
You'll bring:
A passion for supporting people living with disability and older Australians
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Previous experience in reception, administration, clinic coordination or customer service
Experience within healthcare, allied health, disability, NDIS or aged care (highly regarded)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence using computer systems and learning new software
A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership
The ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders
A positive, team-focused mindset
A rewarding role where you can make a genuine difference every day
A supportive and passionate multidisciplinary team
Beautiful waterfront Toronto offices with free parking nearby
Complimentary coffee, snacks and workplace perks
Opportunities to contribute to new service and program development
Discounted health insurance and everyday savings programs
Free access to our gym

If you're looking for a role where you can combine your love of people, organisation, customer service and community impact, we'd love to hear from you.
