Qualifications & experience

• Experienced Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist with a minimum of one year of relevant experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Client-centred approach

• Ability to build rapport and effectively manage stakeholder relationships

• Strong organisational skills and ability to work autonomously

Tasks & responsibilities:

Your role will include:

• Conduct a wide range of assessments, including Initial Needs Assessments, Vocational Assessments, Vocational Counselling, Workplace Assessments and Functional Assessments

• Case management of clients with physical and/or psychological injury/illness 

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and guidance on recovery and return to work

• Attend Medical Case Conferences with various specialists/health practitioners.

• Develop and maintain relationships with Doctors, Allied Health Professionals, Employers, Insurers and Brokers
