About the Role

Healthcare Australia (HCA) is seeking experienced Aged Care Registered Nurses (RN) to join our agency workforce supporting residential aged care facilities across Newcastle.

With ongoing high demand for aged care nurses, you’ll have access to regular, flexible shifts across a range of facilities — giving you full control of your roster while maintaining consistent work.

About You
  • Current AHPRA Registration (RN Division 1)
  • 2 years minimum RN experience in aged care
  • Strong clinical assessment & decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and time management
  • Reliable, adaptable and confident in aged care settings
  • Comfortable working agency-style flexibility
Essential Requirements
  • Current National Police Check (within 3 years)
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Up-to-date vaccinations & serology
  • Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship)
