Newcastle & Hunter Community Health is seeking a Temporary Part-Time Community Registered Nurse (4 days/week) until August 2027 (Maternity Leave Coverage).

About the role/Job Description
As a Community Registered Nurse you will;
Work with our team in a hands-on client facing role
Medication assistance, assessment and monitoring
Wound care and Wound Reports
Intake Assessments
Continence assessments
PEG changing and care
SPC/IDC changing and care
Care planning and report writing
Workplace support of client care team and new team members appropriate to role.
Working within a team of Community RNs & Support Worker’s supporting our clients receive high quality clinical nursing care within their homes.
Essential & Desirable Criteria
The ideal applicant will have;
AHPRA Registered Nurse
Minimum 2 year’s experience as a Registered Nurse.
Ability to maintain high standards of safe clinical care.
Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
Australian unrestricted Driver's Licence.
Criminal record check (or willingness to obtain same)
Working with children check (or willingness to obtain same)
Current first aid certificate.
NDIS worker screen (or willingness to obtain same)
Smart phone and internet access.
