Are you an experienced Optical Dispenser looking for your next career opportunity with a supportive, locally owned independent practice?

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Optical Dispenser / Practice Manager to join our growing team across the Hunter region, primarily based in Port Stephens.

For over 20 years, our independently owned practices have proudly cared for communities throughout Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens and the Hunter Valley. We are passionate about delivering personalised eye care and exceptional eyewear solutions, supported by a team of experienced Optical Dispensers and Optometrists.

About the Role

This is a hands-on position combining advanced optical dispensing with practice leadership responsibilities, including:

• Delivering exceptional customer service and patient care

• Frame styling and lens dispensing

• Supporting and mentoring team members

• Assisting with day-to-day practice operations

• Maintaining a premium patient experience

• Working across multiple practice locations when required

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Optical Dispenser or 5+ years of optical industry experience

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Leadership experience or a desire to grow into a leadership role

• Passion for independent optical and personalised patient care

• Organised, reliable and team-focused approach

• We're open to either a full-time or part-time role.
