Due to a continually expanding client base, we are searching for suitable AINs/ Home Care Workers/Support Workers and Nursing Students who are able to fulfil regular and ongoing care visits with Nurse Next Door. Multiple positions are available within the Newcastle, Port Stephens and Lake Macquarie area.

What You'll Do

  • Personal care & hygiene support

  • Manual handling, mobility & transfers

  • Community access & social support

  • Light housekeeping & meal preparation

  • Companionship & wellbeing activities

  • (For RNs/ENs: skilled nursing tasks)


What You'll Need

  • Relevant qualifications (AIN, Support Worker, Nursing Student or similar)

  • Minimum Certificate III level qualification required for this position

  • Current Police Check, WWCC (paid work), NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid & CPR

  • Driver's licence + reliable vehicle

  • Ability to work short and long visit

  • Experience in aged care, disability support or community care (highly desirable)

  • A genuine passion for Making Lives Better
