About the Role

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Assistant to join our team at Willarose Pty Ltd, based in Bulahdelah NSW. This is a full-time position that will provide invaluable support to our farming and agricultural operations. As an Assistant, you will work alongside our experienced team, contributing to the day-to-day functions of our farm services and agronomy-focused business. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth running of our operations and supports the strategic objectives of our company in delivering reliable agricultural services to our clients and managing our own farming interests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with general farm maintenance tasks and day-to-day operational activities

  • Support animal care and husbandry duties as required

  • Help maintain farm equipment and facilities in good working order


  • Help maintain accurate records and documentation related to farm operations


  • Perform health and safety checks and report any concerns to management

  • Support the team with additional duties as assigned to meet operational needs

What We're Looking For

  • A willingness to learn and develop skills

  • Physical fitness and ability to perform manual work in varying weather conditions

  • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic

  • Ability to follow instructions and work safely with farm equipment and animals


  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

  • Prior experience in the broiler poultry sector

  • A current driver's license

  • Willingness to undertake training and obtain relevant certifications if required
