We are seeking an experienced Crane Coordinator to support our Universal Cranes operations in Rutherford. In this key position, you will work closely with customers and operational team members to maintain customer relationships and deliver on the company's core services.

About the role

This role is responsible for supporting operations, coordinating resources, and ensuring day-to-day activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard ensuring excellent communication between customers and field staff.

You'll play a vital role in connecting planning, field operations, workshop/yard activities, and administration to keep the crane operations division operating at peak performance.

What you'll be doing

• Schedule and coordinate daily lifting activities and crane operations

• Liaise with customers regarding bookings, job progress and service requirements.

• Prepare and send emails, service documentation and reports.

• Maintain accurate records and update job schedules.

• Support technicians with daily planning and job allocation.

• Assist with administration tasks using Microsoft Office programs.

What we're looking for

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Strong organisational and time management abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.

• Able to prioritise tasks and manage multiple jobs simultaneously.

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in fleet coordination, scheduling or administration roles is preferred.

• Essential requirement: Minimum 3+ years of experience in fleet coordination, scheduling or administration roles.

• Experience within the slew and mobile crane fleet co ordination industry is highly advantageous but not essential.
