Final Trim Operators – Excavator & Posi Track

HPS Plant Solutions is seeking an experienced Final Trim Operator to join our growing team on a full-time basis.

Working across civil construction projects throughout Maitland, Newcastle and surrounding areas, this role is suited to an operator with proven experience in Excavator and Posi Track operations.

Essential Requirements

• Current Driver’s Licence

• Construction White Card

• Excavator Ticket and/or Statement of Attainment (SOA)

• Proven Final Trim experience

• GPS machine control experience (Leica and/or Trimble preferred)

• Extensive experience operating Excavators and Posi Tracks

• Ability to read and work from plans and levels

• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable, motivated and safety-focused
  

Desirable

• MR or HR Driver’s Licence

• Experience operating tipper trucks

• Additional plant tickets and licences

• Experience in subdivisions, roadworks and civil construction projects

• Detailed excavation and site preparation

• Posi Track operations

• General civil construction activities
