We are looking for an individual who is dedicated, experienced within the Civil /Geo Tech Construction Industry to lead our team and support our construction projects across Australia.

About Your Role

As the Site Construction Supervisor, you’ll take charge of overseeing the day-to-day management of our construction projects, ensuring high standards of quality and resource management. You will supervise a team of 10 to 50 people and be responsible for monitoring site performance, safety, and compliance.

This is a hands-on role that requires flexibility and a proactive attitude. While you will primarily oversee project operations, you’ll also be involved in supporting other areas of the business, providing you with opportunities to develop new skills and broaden your expertise.

About you

You are a driven individual who meets the following criteria:

• 4 years minimum experience in the Ground support/ Specialist Geotech Construction Industry;

• Must have knowledge of ground Anchoring, rockfall protection and slope stability.

• Proven track record in people management and leadership.

• Strong communication skills and experience with onboarding and inductions.

• Experience with onboarding and inductions; 

• Extensive commitment and understanding of work health and safety; 

• Practical minded with a hands-on approach;

• Superior time management skills; and

• A current driver’s licence.

You must be available to start immediately, following the completion of a pre-employment medical check.
