Australian Construction Group is a growing construction service provider with capabilities in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Process Piping & Electrical Construction, based in Cameron Park, NSW.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concrete Supervisor for FIFO work to join our team. As a Concrete Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and maintenance of civil and concrete projects and will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers, engineers, and other stakeholders involved in projects.

• Ensure that projects are completed on time, safely, within budget and to the required standards.

• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify any issues and ensure safety compliance.

• Prepare and maintain quality documentation.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency, quality and safety.

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers and stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.

To successfully secure this opportunity, you must have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Concrete Construction Supervision.
  Strong knowledge or Civil engineering principles, construction methods and building codes.
  Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  Experience working on large-scale civil projects is desirable.
