Are you an experienced construction professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality homes and leading high-performing teams?

Brett Harvey Designs and Constructions is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee the full residential build process, from construction commencement through to client handover and after-sales warranty service.

This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring every home is delivered on time, within budget, and to a premium standard. You’ll work closely with Sales, Building Services, and Business Development to maintain strong project flow and uphold our reputation for excellence.

We’re looking for someone who leads by example, values teamwork and safety, and takes ownership of outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee the full construction process from site start to client handover and warranty service

• Drive quality, budget control, and build time performance across all projects

• Lead and mentor the construction team, fostering a positive, high-performing culture

• Champion safety, ensuring all worksites meet WHS and compliance requirements

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery from contract to completion

• Manage relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors

• Oversee defect management, after-sales service, and client satisfaction

• Monitor key project KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience in a senior construction or project management role in residential building

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on safety and teamwork

• Sound knowledge of building methods, materials, and compliance standards

• Understanding of planning controls, approvals, and delivery processes

• Proficiency with construction management systems (e.g. Framework, BuildPass, MS 365)

• Ability to travel regularly to visit sites and maintain strong relationships

• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent attention to detail
