The Opportunity:

The Estimator will play a key role with a well-regarded local commercial builder delivering a diverse portfolio of projects across commercial fit-outs, education, and hospitality sectors.

With a strong pipeline of secured work and a reputation for quality delivery, the business continues to expand and is seeking a motivated professional who wants to contribute to high-performing project teams while developing their career in a stable, growth-focused environment.

The Role:

You will be involved in managing bids and tender submissions within a supportive team of estimators. You will be able to play a role in improving processes and deciding business focus and outcomes.

The role will include elements of financial, project and tender management, and as such, will require an Estimator with a strong skill set, keen eye for detail and passion for delivery.

About You:

To be considered for this role you will require:
  • Previous experience as an Estimator for commercial projects
  • A knowledge of pricing tenders from first principles
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • A demonstrated track record of winning tenders which are subsequently delivered for a profit will be favourably received
