We specialise in providing safe and reliable traffic management services for roadwork projects across the Hunter and Central Coast regions. About the Role
We are excited to announce that we have multiple positions available to fill work orders ongoing across various projects, offering steady work and growth opportunities. Candidates will either be a supervisor leading a team of traffic controllers or work as part of a traffic control team to ensure the safe and efficient operation of roadwork sites across the hunter and central coast regions. This includes day, night, and weekend shifts as required.

Supervisor positions require a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant traffic control or management experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and control the flow of vehicles, pedestrians and machinery to ensure safety and minimise disruption in work zones or public areas

  • Install, maintain and remove traffic signs, cones and other safety equipment as per traffic management plans

  • Ensure the safety of workers, motorists, and pedestrians in and around the site. Stay alert for potential hazards and take proactive measures to mitigate risks.

  • Use signals, hand gestures, two-way radios, and other tools to communicate with team members, drivers, and the public.

  • Ensure all traffic control operations comply with regulations and safety standards.

  • Adapt to various work schedules, including night shifts and weekends when necessary.


Skills and Experience
To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Traffic Controller Card

  • An Implement Traffic Control Plans Card

  • A Prepare Work Zone Traffic Management Plan Card (preferred but not mandatory).

  • A valid White Card (General Construction Induction).

  • A TfNSW Workers on Foot Certificate

  • The ability to work in a drug- and alcohol-free environment, including passing random screening
