The Opportunity

This role offers a fantastic chance for a proactive and versatile project delivery professional to join a results-focused business committed to excellence.
You will be responsible for:

• Developing comprehensive project briefs that clearly define design expectations and functional goals for consultant engagement.
• Supporting the submission process for development applications and approvals with local councils and relevant state authorities.
• Drafting and managing consultancy contracts and head contract agreements, ensuring compliance with agreed terms.
• Superintendent services including, Contract administration including reviewing progress claims, extension requests, and evaluating variation submissions.
• Leading all phases of project delivery, from design management and procurement through to tender evaluation and on-going administration of projects.
• Ensuring all time, cost and quality targets are achieved.
• Defect resolution activities in collaboration with operations teams to ensure a high-quality handover and strong end-user satisfaction.

About You

You’re a confident and capable project delivery professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, solution-focused environment. You’ll bring:

• Tertiary qualifications in engineering, construction management, development or planning disciplines.
• Proven experience in a similar development / project delivery role, ideally with front end planning and design management experience.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record of working effectively with a wide range of partners.
• Experience managing large or multi-staged projects with multiple moving parts.
• An ability to think creatively and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, and a professional, clear approach.
• A team-first attitude and a willingness to contribute to a positive, forward-thinking team culture.
